At Alexandra’s, I am committed to providing high-quality nail care and a relaxing experience. Your satisfaction is my priority. Please take a moment to review my service and refund policy:

1. Service Satisfaction

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your BIAB Nails, Gel Nails, or Luxury Pedicure, please notify me within 3 days of your appointment.

  • I will gladly offer a complimentary fix for any issues related to the service received.

  • I do not offer refunds for services rendered, but I am happy to work with you to ensure you leave satisfied.

2. Change of Mind

  • I do not offer refunds if you change your mind after the service has been completed.

3. Allergies & Sensitivities

  • Please inform me of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. Alexandra’s is not liable for reactions due to undisclosed conditions.

4. Appointment Cancellations

  • I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 50% service fee.

5. Timeliness

  • Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
